SAIA | Claim Ratios

Can someone advise me as to the claims ratio for Saia. I heard they were a good company and we are looking to change our carrier due to too many claims being filed. Thank you

The best i could find is on the website it says we are running 99.55% claims free service, and 97% claims free delivery. Not sure what the difference is between those two, but i hope this helps.
