What exactly is a coaching session? :confused: What happens during a coaching session? :o Does it go in an employee file? :confused: Other than the blatant obvious reasons to get one, ie: performance, attitude, undermining a supervisor, etc.. are they used for other reasons? :eek: Can an employee request an observer other than a supervisor to be present?: How many coaching sessions is one allowed in a rolling 12 month period, and what the heck is a rolling 12 month period anyway?
