Don’t forget about the .000125 a mile. What a joke. Companies are giving 3-5 cents a mile for cola. This needs changed next year along with many other things.

I had a friend who worked for a textile outfit years ago.
The boss called him into the office and told him he was doing a good job and that he was getting a .10 raise.
Now, remember, we don't discuss our wages with other employees.
My friend said Oh hell, don't worry about that, I'm ashamed of that as you are.
He was called back into the office the next day and fired.

That progression was in place long before Hoffa.

But even so, Hoffa was legitimately terrible across the board at everything he did. One of the worst.

ABF isn’t the worst place to work for but definitely on its way. The pension will be eaten up again, 401k was never implemented to be a supplemental retirement fund and the pay rate is horrible. We’ve never been paid back from the company for the givebacks a few years ago and the COLA is more like RC…(bad joke)
We should be seriously having strike talks due to all the yes men decisions and extremely poor teamster representation.
Start mention it people! Get some real talk/action going. Our pay SUCKS!!
