11/19/2007 The U.S. Chamber of Commerce board of directors elected David L. Miller to serve as a member of the board for a two-year term ending in 2009. Miller is chief operating officer for Con-way Freight Inc., the largest of Con-way Inc.'s three primary operating companies.
