hello fellow conway drivers. if you read my "conway applicant" thread you know that i just got hired on at conway at the raleigh/durham nc terminal. i'm wondering if you guys could fill me in on what exactly supplemental employment is. i'm thinking it's some sort of probationary period or something. also, how long does it normally last or does this vary terminal to terminal? any help is greatly appreciated.
