I have seen serivice improved in tam, that service dates are running a day or two ahead. So what do we do? We lay off our 5 bottom guys. By the end of the week we will see service dates back to normal. What about the coo giving our customers the service they are looking for? God bless our 5 laid off workers. They deserve better.

How about the act of god that was declared? Heard that our regional man told T.M."S to use if not enough inbound bills came in.....Ya'll's terminal manger did and left 8 men at home....he lost in committee and is havin to pay these guys....Tam probably gettin some frustration from T.M.?
 
Not only did the tm call an aog once but the following week he did it two nights in a row. So he has to pay up 3 days. Rumor also has it that on those nights we had over 300 bills inbound, and he tried to force the outbound to stay over.
