How can this circus move its animals around when they can't move the freight they have ?

Our district safety manager pre-shifted our crew at 313 that they are looking at 2 new breakbulks to elevate the pressure from indy, heights, and Minneapolis.

Heard they will use the ridge and the closed, now Estes owned, empty, 5 year old Peru,Il terminal.

Elevate or alleviate? They had STL as a break. Indy, KC and NSH are backlogged because of making STL an EOL. If they got rid of the crap management team there, their numbers would improve.
 
They got poor management everywhere..... So no improvement anywhere..................
IMO the only chance they got is to MERGE all under One roof..............

Chicago and Saint Paul are doing fine. Kansas City, Nashville and Indy are not.
