Culver's is reportedly switching its food supplier entirely to Gordon Food Service. The Wisconsin-based chain had also used Sysco for about 60 percent of its system.

Up here in MN they farmed it out to Food Services of America (FSA). That's good cuz now they might build a warehouse here in mn

They are using FSA in other areas (out west) that we don't service. They are teasing a big announcement November 2nd, so maybe there will be news that you will like.

I spoke with a manager of a culvers and they switched mainly because of cost savings. Gordon and FSA won't add fuel surcharge that sysco had between 15-18 bucks per stop each week. They also offer a .05 cent rebate per case if you pay the bill same day. or .02 cent in you pay within 5 days. She said the big volume stores will save 10,000 a year if they take advantage. I guess sysco needed the $$ lol
