Depends on the house and the route. At my domicile we were Monday-Saturday (3 drivers 2 trucks, so each driver worked 4 of those days) for a while, now the delivery guys are 4 days (Wednesday off). On the flip side they work long days (12-16 hour days throwing groceries will wear a person out). Sysco and a regional food service place park at the same Ryder we do and they do 5 days a week.
