I think it was Tim W., CFO, bragging about using the word opportunistically one more time. We are drowning right now and this jackass is worried about stupid crap. He should be fired and beat repeatedly. That really pisses me off. We were a good company until a bunch of morons took over.

not a purchase, a stock option grant for exec's. No one is buying at $4, of course they didn't buy at $15 either

no history that I found of anyone ever buying, just selling their compensation options
