One board will never happen way to many people against it!
we need policy set in stone, no grey areas, negotiate is a good word, majority rules, lets not forget we need one man board negotiation in these talks to many don't agree, but I say let the majority rule then I will shut up about it, your turn rc
A one man board only serves to benefit those that either.
A. Want to hang in the city, till they can bid straight to a day run, without putting any "dues" in.
B. Road drivers that realize they effed up, and want back on days.
C. High seniority guys that bid back and forth from road to city, depending on what the weather is like.
It only perpetuates crawfishing.
Pick a job title, and stick with it. Not to mention, our top 25 guys wouldnt last a day in the city.
No, thats not an insult, its fact. Most 67+yr old bodies cant stand dragging 2500lb skids to the back of a 53', for 9hrs a day, in 100deg heat.
No doubt. That is one reason why city drivers should bid routes too. Not sometimes, as it is now, but all the time. Different routes have differing degrees of difficulty.

And it's uphill to the tail and uphill to the nose, right?
I do agree with the rest of your reasons.
Oh, why are the 67 year olds still working?
Is that what they call that insult a pension.Because they have fedex pension
