Better late than never. I guess all the other carriers paying 9.50 or more to hoop and break sets put a fire under their pants about doing something for the drivers.

Ive never worked for a linehaul that did that, but i know the p&d do. That would be awesome but these companies will never do that. They can get mega profits and we still have meager benefits.

If Line was by the hour we would need an attorney to ride with us to explain every delay to the Boss , being questioned everyday about yesterday's time sheet can cause insanity
I was a Feeder (TT) driver at UPS a long time ago, all on the clock, longer road trips (turns) or close in shuttle stuff. Never was a problem, tens of thousands of guys do it every day there.

UPS is their own world , lifetime UPS employees have no idea about how crummy the real world of employment isI was a Feeder (TT) driver at UPS a long time ago, all on the clock, longer road trips (turns) or close in shuttle stuff. Never was a problem, tens of thousands of guys do it every day there.
Pyle is pretty relaxed. Hit the depart times, make the run times. No issues. Traffic? Phone call and delay is added.
Not sure what that means in respect to TT drivers there being on the clock and not mileage even on their version of road runs (turns).

Why on God's green earth does every single thread on here turn into a peeing match in which union versus non union?
Why can't people be happy that the Cooper guys and gals got ot after 50 or paid for drops and hooks? This has been along time coming for these folks. Long overdue.
For the love of God and all things holy stop and be thankful for an improvement in something. Is it perfect? No. But good night it's a start. It's gotten ridiculous with the bitching and griping on here. For once in your miserable life be happy about something and for somebody.
