A disgruntled Yankees fan who was caught sleeping through a recent game against the Boston Red Sox is suing after two announcers poked fun at his slumber on camera.

Says on the back of the ticket some legal mumbo jumbo about your activities are being audio and video recorded inside and outside of the building and that by purchasing the ticket you agree that these actions are public domain and free to be broadcast.
