They say it’s Anonymous.lol.But,the first 3 ?‘s takes the Anonymous out of it at alot of terminals.lol

I wondered about that. If it's on Workday but it's anonymous.
Plus I'm pretty sure I'm giving some pretty low scores. Like our TM a lot. Some others not so much. But obviously the survey is about the job and not who you like or don't like.
