I have seen some post that states that we are all a bunch of winning cry baby s that have nothing better to do. But I don't see it that way for the most part. We have received letters and CD s and DVD s that have told us to work as a team and to be engaged employees and to try to make a difference in this company. ENGAGED being the key word here. You can't do this if you don't care and come in and just do your job and go home. So, my thing is, don't ask me to do all these things if your not willing to listen because this is the kind of attitude it breeds. Now if this is what FedEX wants, that's a different story, because I can start coming in and just doing my job and not caring about anything else. I can find a different job, it may not be as well paid as this one but I can get one. So for the people that keep saying were crying whiners maybe you need to start reading some of the stuff FedEx sends you and you would know what all the complaining is about.
