Yellow | Failed a drug test? Be prepared to have someone watch you pee!

If you fail a drug test and your company allows second chances(like Roadway) then they will watch you pee on all your followup drug tests. There is some new law as of August 1st. I don't have the problem of being a druggie so it wouldn't apply to me. Just an FYI for anyone that may have this problem. If you were hoping a female would watch it has to be the same gender.(hehehe)

My first pre-employment DOT physical 16 years ago (NOT a Teamster company, BTW), the nurse actually did watch! They had mirrored tile the circle the toliet. She looked thru a window in the door at the tile. After that, whizzing on the side of the road was no problem
