We all can easily make a mistake on a log.I heard Wilson was gonna start putting mistakes as falsifying logs on drivers Dak report,to stop the Exodus. Is that even legal or true???Very cheap way of keeping drivers from pursuing a better future.Hope I misinterpreted what I heard.

While we are on the subject of bad idea's, this quote was made in the winston journal today "A less-than-truckload carrier, such as Old Dominion, is able to ship products more quickly and attract more customers because it is not dependent on a full trailer to make a profit" The last 3 yrs or so Wilson has been putting major efforts in "load factor" (all trailers must be full) and it seems to me their operating ratio has went up ever since. They had always been a great money making small company till this and other decision started being made. I hate to see Wilson not profit and be able to keep their employees happy. Seems someone at the top forgot the old saying"if it aint broke don't fix it" i would like to suggest Wilson management GO BACK TO HOW BUDDY ran this company. If a huge company like OD can have a 21.8% net increase for the second quarter, there is no reason Wilson couldn't do so in there smaller market.

What's going on there? Sounds like a totally different place now.
There's a bunch of former Wilson guys where I'm at, kinda surprised me. They're mostly city guys, plus a couple supervisors

You dont buy tools at the dollar store, you get what you pay for.Same goes for employees. That is the real way to stop losing drivers, not by threatening to screw with their driving records.

I'm not sure they can actually put that on a DAC but, IDK...I know under "eligible for rehire" they can put "no" or " after review" or something of that nature

This hasn't proven to be true yet, just rumored at this point. Stay tuned.

Sounds like they are starting a truckload division?
"Candidates must be willing to spend extensive time away from home including weekends and some holidays."
    That's new
