I imagine you are being sarcastic.
I have tried to get someone , anyone to help XPO drivers understand that there are various pay and compensation packages all across the company for those that do the same job and/or have the same qualifications.
One of the differences that I believe is there is the company contributions to the 401k plan based on when you started working at XPO. At some point , there were ZERO contributions from XPO ( formally Con-way ) to 401k plans of those that started working after 2011. I remember being told in an employee "survey" ( called a one on one ) by my manager at the time ( about 5 years ago ) , " Those that started after 2011 haven't been receiving any contributions from the company but will begin receiving a 2% match."
Am I remembering this correctly? Does anyone else recall these meetings? I think it was an effort to get the temperature of the drivers and calm down unionization talk.
