At my barn, conservatively 15 drivers maybe 20 come from those two carriers alone twenty years ago. I know several drivers still at those carriers and to this day they can’t hire anyone who respects themselves as drivers. The same thing is happening here. Take a look at the talent around you and you’ll see the lack of responsibility they possess. Any driver worth their salt is going elsewhere.
