I work @ a small end of the line terminal so we don't have any of them to ask, which is why I thought posting here would be next best thing. Thanks for all the responses & info so far

Well Vert, I read your post the other day and thought I would ask the one where I work. He said he started at $37,500 with a nice 15% raise after the 1st year but then said his raises after that are just 3% a year. Seems just about right to me. He could be down-playing his pay because I was trying to get him to buy new tips for the pool cues but I think he was being honest.
