Yep place is starting to change around here starting to seem like a # Tm wants to keep everyone at or below 50 hrs a week but still wants you to do 55 to 60 hrs worth of work

I have no control on the schedule, I have no control on the traffic, I have no control on how the trailer is loaded, I do not have control on waiting in line for a door. I do have control on how i drive and unload. Most of the time issues come from the first four

I don't have control over what time I get out of the yard.UC Davis is a lot of State employees who don't miss lunch.So if I leave 11 ish then right out of the gate I have to reroute.I'll try and make it work.But...
