During my 18 years @ ABF, every single time they rolled out new Hardware they had issues right off the bat. Cheap battery's on the roll out that were replaced with higher capacity ones. And the software. That was written by ABF's IT department. Took them about 3 months every time to fix all software issues. Which in the IT world is normal. But, when you the IT department write the software yourself & use it every day one would think you would have it right the first time. I can see the occasional update, but every day crashes should not have been normal. von.
