Was talking with a friend last night. He had two empty totes of corrosive liquid. Totes had placards. But weight was only 900 lbs. Did trailer need placards. Undee the 1000 lb rule but still a bulk container.

The BOL May have read, residue, last contained corrosive. If that was the case, yes he would need them placards. If they were purged clean, the BOL should read that way.

Over 110 gallons, needs the UN number placard.
Just like empty gas tanker trucks.

If the name on the truck is coop Dispatch, then put placards in side compartment under bunk...

if the tote is placarded the trailer is too. Except if it's poison, and you have 2 pallets of food left to finish the load. then just load it, no placards.
Rule #2 is always load full totes side by side on the ass end. Especially hazmat. Holland has an exemption so they can make load average.
we always get green lights at the coops

It needs placarding, only if it has more than a 15 percent lean off his head. Would then be placarded, Dangerous....
