Estes | Health insurance

I pay $15.xx per week for health and $4.xx per week for dental, single male. I can't remember the exact details of the 401k, was it 50% of 6%? I'm sure someone will chime in that stands on more firm ground with those details.
 
Family coverage is like 80 a week for health dental and vision in 2017. No coverage for your spouse if they're able to obtain it through their employer.

Mildew, all health care is expensive these days. We came out well compared to other companies . Mine went up only 4.64 a week for next year. At least our coverage is better and our deductible is not as bad as most . I would go as far as to say that we have better insurance than most out there.

I agree but the wife's insurance is very high. She's the independent type. Don't rely on mildew for nothing.. My insurance pretty much tripled counting the whole thing. Works out better for others though.. My wife is career oriented. Even if it's a wash, she'll do her thing
 
Thinking about adding short term disability on my insurance. Question, has anybody ever had to use it and what's your thoughts about adding it for $12 a week.
 
The company provided short term isn't that great. It pays $200 a week, minus insurance and withholding. When I used it, I cleared $96 a week. You definitely need some additional insurance, whether it's from here or somewhere else.

Just curious. How much is your deductible, out of pocket expense, and copays?

Copay is $20 or $25 at a regular doctor
$50 for a specialist. Think they take around $100 for family. Something like 80/20 for major medical never exceeding a certain amount. They have cheaper plans and more expensive. Think I have the one in the middle.
