Has anyone heard anything about what our cost of living raise might be this year? I know here in 024 the dock guys got 45 cents. Which put our top-rate up to 20.55. I'm not sure of top rate for the other guys P&d, linehaul or hub guys. What are the top rates at your place like?

Have you already started getting this raise or is this what you were told. Our TM has'nt heard anything and neither have any of the hub or linehaul drivers. Most say that they would be surprised if we get anything the way things are.

We finally were informed on what we'd be getting here, at least what the dock would be getting and its 45 cents, but its now a CPA or merit raise and 100% up to the TM's descretion wether or not we'll be actually getting it. I can't remember the exact date, but it will be implimented by the end of Nov. if you've earned it.

I have heard rumors that Linehaul will be getting 1.25 cents, Hub will get 1.50 cents per mile starting Nov 25.

thats the union mentality if I ever heard it. If I bust my ***, I know I will get a raise. But for slackers, why should they get a damn penny? Thats the problem with you socialist marxist union pigs. You would have done well in the CCCP when it was around, but like all forms of socialism and marxism, eventually they fold, because they are flawed and people see the light. It's funny bc thats what I really took away from our meeting also. That if you're a brown nosing, never ask any questions, or never challenge management, always say hi to your TM kind of guy well you'll get the raise. The other guys just better hope he quits feeling like reading the forms and just approves your raise.
