Does the union refer prospects for job openings at your location? ( or any other union driving jobs for that matter..)

Does the union play any role in employment at your location? ( for example , shortening the time for membership/representation )

The union hall does not have any drivers that are sitting around these days looking for employment. All the shops they represent need drivers also . That being said our local would help out and has been helping any way it can.
Their is no initiation fee or waiting period.

Our terminal is way over its physical capacity. We’re trying to stuff 2 x the amount of freight into it then we can handle . The lust to increase revenue overrides all .

He had both legs but a week into his tenure at Xpo Tragedy struck …well we know the rest . After fighting with HR and Sedgwick for 2 yrs he finally got them to pay $100.00 towards a crude wooden peg .

He says he ‘s just happy not having to make a million Phone calls anymore to Sedgwick. As part of the settlement to pay for his leg he had to pose for the billboard and go on Glassdoor and give Xpo a rave review.
