Just a guess, but I'll venture that at least 2 of those folks started out loading or driving trucks on their way up to shirt and tie pictures. Also probably no more than 1 college degree if any amongst that group. Hardworking, detailed oriented men who worked as hard as they expected their employees to work.
FC, I think we both know that working for a company that was still managed by the founders was almost always a pleasure, they knew what it was like. It's when those companies were taken over by their offspring that things started to go downhill. And of course with today's corporate structures, we well know where that has gone. Sad, but that's what it is. :idunno:
