Sadly though, it could take up to a year or more before they're ever actually "charged". This is just an indictment, and there's no telling how long it's going to take to get a trial.

I'm hoping brother , all they have done is give the scab companies reasons not to join , time for change our brothers and sisters don't deserve that,this is our union , we deserve it , our families deserve it,

Don't bet on ANYTHING happening to these two turds. There has been too much money slipped under the table in Congress to get anything done. Hopefully many of those that took bribes have been voted out. Those remaining do not want to be implicated, so they will do all they can to make sure Hoffa and Hall are not charged with anything. If anything DOES happen, they will just go into retirement like Litchtenwald with full multiple pensions, bonuses and generous percs. No jail time. Just a hand slap.
The same story was with the Local 120 father/son duo of Slawsons, who (together with family member Todd Chester) stole over $500,000.00 in members' funds for their own use, but never spent a day in jail. Now they are happily running two successful bars only a few miles from the Local 120 hall that they stole the money from. No charges were ever brought even though an IRB report was filed containing all the facts. Same story with Litchtenwald's theft from Local 20 and the Ohio Conference. He instead brags about collecting his multiple FULL pensions and percs for many years to come when he "retired" earlier this year.
He should be "retired" the way the mobsters of the past were removed - permanently.

Chances of Hoffa being ousted by this coming Spring are very likely along with Ken Hall, Rome Aloise and a few others.

Get prepared for a redo election.
