    I worked here 5.5 years and I have to say it was a pleasure to work here ! Equipment was bad but the checks were good and no presure just long hours and good money ! Gene P . Was good to me !

    Checks were good, just 15% short. All that "giveback" did no good, at least not for the employees.

    I agree! Givebacks are the 1st sign of closing.
    But in my case and Jessie's case we were chicago city drivers, and we didnt give back.
    Chicago drivers always voted NO!

    Congrats. I never had to give back at American Frt Sys or Jones Truck Line (JTL) or at Holland. We always voted NO. Holland is now (sadly) a part of Yellow (YRC). They now are on a 15% giveback as well as a lot of other concessions. It's too bad people have to pay the company to keep a job, but the co. executives never see a cut in pay or percs.
