I-81 VA.Semi Rollover.

Carrying a shipment of paper reams, Ceew Kenneth Paige was headed north on Interstate 81. Then his tire blew out around Exit 225 and he rode the guardrail for about 800 feet.

I'll guess that the Tire was the right side steer as a drive tire wouldn't cause such to happen.
