These notes prove what I've been saying for two weeks now!!! Non teamster carriers can pickup at a satellite (no driver domiciled or available) and take it from point of origin to point of destination. This will result in a loss of 1 or 2 hub linehual runs from point of origin to rail and 1 or 2 from point of receiving rail to destination terminal. A total loss of 2 to 4 hub linehaul runs for every trailer moved by outside carrier. This work can be done by Yellow, Roadway and Holland Sleeper teams as fast or faster tahn being done by outsiders!!! Vote NO!!!! Save my job!!!
