I'm switching gears a little bit and pointing my finger at a certain "VP" I cant belive that Dave G. keep's this guy around, He is condesending to all employee's, especially to drivers. He seems to use Dave's name alot.I think if Dave had that much to say he would say it himself! instead of passing it on and using Mr Cathers as a go between. Mr Cathers is all about him self and not about the company.. God forbid he was CEO! we would all be looking for a job. for a VP he shore lack's people skill's and a personality.
