I have been to ft Wayne only once.. it's a small terminal with cool people.. I wouldn't know what kind of runs their linehaul guys do though.. other than that, check out the 'starting out' thread

Thanks for the reply conartist been at Conway 15yrs.Looking to change to a smaller good company I know there is b.s at every company, but Conway is getting more ridiculous the bigger they get.seems like most like it at Asia.
