I can tell that is used to be a lot different, because there are reminders of that everywhere. They just seem to be ironic now. It's hard to reconcile "Pride In Our People. Pride In Our Performance" with "R+L does not care. R+L is going to do whatever is best for R+L," which is the response I get every time I talk to my supervisor about anything.you know it is a shame you feel that way(im not saying you are wrong). it didnt used to be like it is now.
Of course a company wants to stay in business, and it's a job, not a birthday party, but there are ways to walk that line so that your employees feel good about what they're a part of, and R+L seems to have decided that it's more lucrative to make everyone aware that they care exactly zero about anyone.
"If you don't like it here, find another job."
Yeah, well, I'm working on it. They're hard to find these days, which is probably the biggest part of why R+L is getting away with these tactics.
