Central Transport | Is Vitran selling Canada side too?

If I read the Vitran home pages correctly the Canadian side is going to "TransForce" while the U.S. side is going to "Central Transport." Transforce is buying at $4.50 a share. The stock is near $5.00 now. This information was dated as :
