i heard that nmf had another good manger quit word is over worked. also heard that the csr's in the south are going to have their hours cut back to help boost ICP. drivers are quiting left and right. nbm lost 15 people just recently. nkx is haveing same problems. nbm has put on a sign on bouns and top out drivers pay in 2 years to try to get people to work for there. also you should see a letter from Mr.D. declineing the rumor of conway getting ready to be sold.
 
trying to weed out folks at NMP also. If your not in the clique, u get passed over for extra hours after FAC shuts down, (ie: inbound), lower rung dsrs getting the hours
 
lfw started the year slow like everybody else . but about 3 month ago we started setting records for tonnage and proift . we hit the wall 2 week ago . but we still have work for everybody .

they say that we still have freight just not the heavy stuff that pays better. tonage is down even though load factor is the same
