You are right... Our wages are out for the public to see but they need to do a bit of searching to find it.

As they give us this pay raise they take away are runs and and how we live!!!!!! :hissy: :chairshot:
This is true, but on the other hand, I have seen the company cut runs for 30 years now. We add runs and we cut runs and this is the same under any large freight company. This is big corporate freight business and they could care less about how we live. You must work for a small family owned business if you want any chance at all of being something more than just a number.

If Buster didnt post that how in the world would most of our people ever find out what they make? Do you actually think most people could even tell you where their contract is? Much less you think most have even read it? Thanks Buster for the people who have never read their contract. I bet more than you think.

After you and all your co workers have been through, I am very curious as to why you think that the employee's of UPSF should want any part of the NMFA?

Keeping in mind that UPS would NEVER even negotiate the thought, for entertainment purposes I am curious.
The biggest reason that comes to mind right off hand is that the NMFA does NOT allow layed off drivers to sit at home while a non union, no dues paying, non teamster, owner operator is given dedicated runs while the International Brotherhood of Teamsters officials sit back and permit such blatant violations to occur.

This may be so, I cannot say as I have not read the NMFA in its entirety. I would also say that blatant violations has occurred to the employees who are currently under the NMFA. What good is a contract that can be down sized by a forced yes vote? I agree with every one's frustration as to the use of contractors. This is something the employee's will have to work on with the 2013 negotiations. I would like to see zero % of contractors used, but this will not happen. The NMFA has seen its better day's and freight employee's will never see this type of contract again in the freight industry. You are now witnessing what once was one of the best contracts in the freight industry being downsized in order to compete in the industry. Wishing that UPSF becomes part of the NMFA is just that, a wish that will never come true.
