I have talked to many drivers who asked about employment at Oak Harbor over the years . Seems nobody wants to work here. When I first hired on people were begging to work as it was the best place around. Soon as Ron K. came into the picture with his Roadway mentality for a regional carrier ( go figure ) moral steadilly dropped and this company was stuck with the same reputation as Roadway had many years back. None of the employees would recommend coming here. Nobody good would stay unless as a temporary fix.Thanks Ron. If it were working why are there so many out of state temps still here?
