I was washing my windows and had a wiper pop off, couldn't get it click back in place so I ventured to the shop. I stopped outside the bay popped my hood and before I knew it I was greeted by a smiling mechanic asking if he could help me. He jumped right on it and fixed another small issue and had me rolling in less than 10 minutes. I wish I knew his name, but it was refreshing to have such great service, made my night so much better.

You should have got his name Ice, but you can still call it in and give that good man props, I think you should...we are quick to complain, but slow to praise.

I have always had good experiences at the KNX shop...

KNX supposedly is the best of the best. CM's attitude would be surprisingly different if he was domiciled west of the Ms. River.

Actually NAS is suppose to be the best of the best. I would trust my truck with jiffy lube mechanics first...
