Disagree, but then again I liked the guy..
He resigned, wasn't fired and don't blame him. He's been working outa the Houston terminal since hurricane Ike came thu.
No TM there or supervisors, they've been sending folks in from all the surrounding terminal to hold things together.
Wil may not have been happy with him, but it sucks to be held responsible for getting a job done and not being allowed to have the tools you need to do that job.
Maybe we can hire Mike LeRoy back..............
