Money isn't the issue. We're all happy with the pay we receive. It's the creation of a two-tiered line haul division that does the same job at a cheaper rate in a unionized trucking company that has many of us voting NO! Somehow the IBT and UPS just didn't understand that simple fact. They focused on everything else?
