I scroll and see all the thread titles and none of them are anything positive about this company, then I go on a few other forums and a direct opposite. I'm glad I'm out of that outhouse they call C.T. and would'nt wish that job on my worst enemy.
 
I don't see that many happy posts on any truckings forums. It's a bad time to be in trucking. Hope things take a change for the better soon.
 
your right BBB I don't see any happy post either on any forum. always us against them!!!! never this is such a great place to be there is never any trouble, freight never gets messed up only good thing is (direct deposit) but look at all the other LTL company's , company's spying on them with cameras(Conway) or being deluged with pick ups that cant be met(R&L), or or 65 year old men still working at yellow???? just had a talk with an estes driver this week , not enough freight for their drivers and he cant figure out how they are making money??? not to mention fed ex and Duie, Nobody is happy any where ... every where has it's problems..... but since this is CENTRAL lets dump.....

CT you take this stuff too personal. You must pick your battles and then be civil about it. Don't take every thing so personal.

YEA put in hours so you can get overtime...... oh yea i forgot that is after 55hrs ......
 
If you have to work 55-60 hrs to make ends meat you have a whole new set of problems. I would never sacrifice time like that from my family....Many do and that's fine but I'm just glad I set my life up so I don't have to.

Work 5yrs at c.t give a notice. tm tells you no your fired you get a big last check............ you physically worked 57hrs. some how when the total gross at the end..... totals ZERO...they wonder why there is another reason not to stay.... SOUNDS LIKE A PREVIOUS POST...... NO GREASE AGAIN... LOL
