local 107 results are in...almost

june 4, 2014 local 107 posted that the judges reveiw of 18 contested ballots was complete. 6 ballots can be counted towards the final tally. the NLRB will set a date for unsealing and counting of these final six ballots for the election results. some kind of timing don't ya think. harry in town on the 5th, fuel islands closed. etc etc etc and this vote announcement on the 4th. interesting

Those results were from the first hearing back in Jan 2014. Everyone is well aware of those results. The first Judges decision which you are talking about we're released in March! Since then New Century has appealed that decision and will not be ruled on from what we have been told for at least another couple of months. So please do not try and involve Local 107 or anything related to the attempt to Unionize because that has nothing to do with the rumored situation at NCT!
 
don't involve 107....they posted this info on the 4th of june...wednesday of this week. do not tell me not include 107 ...they included themselves with this posting. to shop steward? are you self appointed? read the 107 page. like i said posting this on the 4th just before and during the happenings of this week. and they do have something to do with the entire situation at NCT. don't try to play nice now. and pretend you/107 didn't. it is all related.
 
For your info that's been up since the labor board ruled on the first part of the case . Local 107 updates their site weekly and it shows the date of the update . The union hasn't changed the posting in 3 months .
 
so says the self appointed shop steward...how do you get that position without certification and vote of the members?

Stop being an idiot and if you can't post something other than nonsense than don't bother posting anything at all! You are way out of line bringing the Union in on the current NCT situation be it fact or rumors. There have been numerous people on here responding to your posts with info and it seems your only on here to act like a jack ass. So let's get on with the real matter at hand,and as soon as the second Judge in Washington DC appeals court decides to make his ruling we will find out the companies future with the teamsters. Until then there is the matter of the companies financial situation. Let's hope all comes out OK and we can move both the Company and the employees on down the road with a successful future!
