Austin Ventures is headed up by a Yrcw executive. I believe that venture was set up to handle foreign accounts. Yrc still exist in some foreign countries. Including Mexico and UK. Still has a lucrative contract with a Peruvian construction company. Of which said company is building a new copper mine in Peru. Yrc logistics handles equiment moves. Some equipment moves through the USA with nonunion and owner operator workers
