we had around a dozen zip code areas transferred from our det term to sag to quote unquote "they're closer for that terminal to deliver." really? then why is the toledo terminal have a handful of areas that are closer for us to deliver? basically we got slammed around thanksgiving until the new year and it took the combination of three corp guys and gm & ford shutdown to get caught up. when the temps dropped to single digits, the extension cords to the trucks were still put away and never brought out until three days later. that was the main reason we were behind. drivers waiting for the mechanic to arrive to get them going, missed deliveries and pick ups resulted. and yes, our management is still there.
