Well I made the leap. After several years with Abf, I am going back to the non union side and I am excited. I have a different mindset than union employees as I came from a non union company to Abf. Hopefully starting by first or May or mid May. Background check good, dot physical done and certified. Just waiting on results of drug test which said would take 24-48 hrs

Welcome aboard. Not sure about the mindset part. We all work to get a pay check to take care of our families. Benefits may be a little different, but its all trucking in the end.

I got my official call today. Start 8am Tuesday morning with orientation

Estes will give you plenty of time to learn. You will learn more out on your own than with the trainer. My trainer slept for most of the time i was driving.
