Heard there were more layoffs this week at LCP....is that true? And can you become inactive prior to the phone bid if they lay you off now or does the April 1, 2008 stand?

Whatever status you were in on April 1 is what dictates.

That's a relief.....nobody seemed to know for sure and I couldn't find it in any of the decisions...

Read the decisions Gents, the active/inactive has nothing to do with the April 1 date mentioned, that is only if you were HIRED on or after that date, you will not be able to participate.
