Pension Warriors, this means it is headed for a markup and not officially attached at this time to the reconciliation, stimulus and covid bill.
- A markup is the process by which a US congressional committee or state legislative debates, amends, and rewrites proposed legislation
- After a markup is finished, then a vote takes place to change whatever they agree to and then vote to move it to the Senate.
