can old d hire a guy with a 25 year old felony ?

Welcome to the OD forum whiplash.I can't predict O.D's hiring or not hiring.Seems like 25 years is a long time ago.Just be truthful on your application,that's very important.
 
As per the OD website.......


Driving/Criminal Record:
No more than (4) moving motor vehicle violations or chargeable accidents, or combination thereof, within 3 years preceding the the date of application with no more than (2) moving motor vehicle convictions in the (12) months preceding the date of application.

Applicant will not be considered for employment if any of the following apply:

Alcohol related conviction while operating a motor vehicle, within (4) years preceding the date of application. (Permanent disqualification if more than one alcohol related conviction in applicant lifetime.)
Alcohol related conviction in an accident related incident in applicant lifetime.
Controlled Substance convictions.
Felony, Theft, or Larceny convictions in a lifetime(*).
Misdemeanor criminal conviction within (3) year period immediately preceding the application date(*).
Conviction related to disqualification offenses as set forth by the Department of Transportation (section 391.15 of the Motor Carrier Safety Regulations)
(*) However, consideration may be given to an applicant whose conviction occurred while under 21 yrs. of age provided employment is first approved by the Vice President of Safety & Personnel - depending on seriousness of crime and time since conviction, how many, etc.
