I was told the bidding process changed again, anyone know what the new rules are? In COL all 8 of our slots out left in the velocity however now up to 8 more road drivers can bid utility. Anyone know whats up with this?

The IBT is going to let Yellow do whatever they want. I was there yesterday, They were going to let road drivers bid out in the pool after the initial bidding but then change their mind. They said that we had our 8 leave and no more was allowed.
